Am an investor and it's not my take to start going round all the companies I am investing in to ask who went to the bank to open an account. I invested in GeneX and I have made substantial profit for the past 8-months without hitches except for the October ROI which is pending and payment is being resolved with us in the piggy sole.

In every nation that does not support cryptocurrency you cannot go there and say I want to register cryptocurrency company. All the cryptocurrency exchange companies in Nigeria have no single line in their MEMART containing dealings in cryptocurrency. Government does not certify cryptocurrency. Govt agencies registers companies. Govt have their own due diligence with public records to attest. I believe Nigerian govt and the banks with the account officers are responsible enough. Mind you, you cannot open a corporate account in any bank in Nigeria now without your tax certificate and a certificate showing you have subscribed to the special unit on anti money laundering from the financial intelligence unit. So it is my presumption that for any company with such affiliate bank accounts a proper due diligence and KYC must have been done. Personally am comfortable with this.
