The 19th October 2017 deadline stands : The proceeds received till date are being kept in a custodial account and managed by a team of expert auditors, Actuaries and financial consultants. An extension of the date will accrue an unacceptable additional cost of $200,000.00 as consultance charges to the company .

Resolution :

Shares in all categories will be available for purchase with the merchants effective from 18th October,2019 at merchant's commission rate of 10% per unit.
Merchants are required to recapitalize immediately and shall continue with the shares sales on an ongoing basis.
All non shareholding portfolios will become inactive after the piggy pay day penultimate the 19th October,2017.
Inactive accounts shall be activated on acquisition of the shares at anytime within two months after which the account shall be placed on queue for final capital refund.
The provision for portfolio migration will no longer be available after the piggy pay day penultimate the 19th October 2017.
All new incoming investors are required to pick up the shares along with their chosen investments.

They are probably members of a competitor bitcoin exchangers all out to defame and cause public disgust against GeneX without proof. I gave out two solid days of my time to engage the most bizzaire of questions and respond objectively to all their posers. It is therefore a great surprise to come here again today to see all these indecent altercations and continued attack against GeneX. A company has it's programs and timelines. We all saw the mail where some popular programs were cancelled by GeneX. Leave the company alone and let them do what they have to do. A company is not about one man. If anyone have genuine issues with the company, there are responsible and proper channels to follow rather than acting this way. I don't think GeneX has ever behaved in the manner you competitors exchangers are behaving here. These are my views. I am a proud GeneX investor.
