Ten years ago, i used to be a confused aspiring student of programming. I was like you; you hear it always, you know programmers are doing what is specific and are in high demand in the Nigeria labour market and the entire world but you don't know how to start. You jumped from JAVA to WordPress, you saw a friend using Dreamweaver and you started learning it. You moved from JOOMLA to DRUPAL etc then you get confused.

The major problem is the confusion of Java, Notepad++, Dreamweaver, Wordpress, Boostrap, CSS, MVC etc mixing the words of languages, text editors, frameworks, CMS together and you don't know which to learn first. It has happened to me.

When you are not a member of the above confusers, you may be a one learning a programming but you dont know how to solve problems after learning your IF-ELSE, or any control structural topic. You may also be among those who after learning HTML and CSS, they may not know how to integrate their new lesson in SQL or integrate JAVASCRIPT etc.

The problem is that you are learning without concept. You are learning with little mentor-ship. In the past few months, I have produced programmers who are working in various places and the credit has been coming to me.

My approach is to create problems in every topic and solve until we will be solving a complete Hospital Management System, Payroll, School management etc as case may be. We do not finish HTML and CSS except we are linking them with what is in the future training of JAVASCRIPT to end front end.
