I experienced this as well. It usually occurs when I consume cold drinks or chilled water
while eating. I once read about applying pressure to a pressure point located on the back of the hand, specifically in the area between the thumb and index finger. Whenever the feeling of nausea starts, I apply firm pressure to that spot, and the sensation typically subsides within a few seconds.

Please how much is an ECG scan done in Nigeria??
