Lol.. It's because I do pay up any loan I collect from them quickly but when i noticed their high interest rate doesnt allow me to have much profit at the end, that's why I resulted to come on Nairaland maybe I could see someone who can loan me with less interest
Nairalanders have a back for calling people scam artist. Better do with the loan and keep growing for now

oga , if you like , make pesticide and fertilizers drop like heavy rain , it won't help a thing in Nigeria today. Every hawker , conductor or okada wants to own and drive Venza overnight from their petty businesses

Nigerians are wicked to themselves. Some are selling soft drinks for 350 and some 400 today. Ask them , they have no reasons. From my estate to the Bustop was #100. They shot it up to #200 during the fuel scarcity. Now that the fuel is down , they make all manner of excuses, not the fuel anymore.

Sorry to say that it is like the crop of Abokis coming to Lagos for business and okada are already given the orientation to show no mercy. They don't pay tax , they don't rent house , they don't even buy soap to bathe or wash their wears . Toothpaste is not for them but they love money more than those who spend on those items.
They will never remove shi shi from their goods .
You are blessed. This is the reason. Nigerians want to make money overnight from the smallest petty business. I stay in the rurals foods is cheap, very cheap, when I hear the cost it is being sold in cities I almost weep

Paint of Dried Cassava is sold here wholesale price 1,800 Naira. In the city, it is retailed at 6,000 Naira, is this fair ?

Don't mind the guy, he thinks by sending videos and pictures of some maize farm will enable me to fall cheaply.

He claimed he would give me 600k in four months if I invest my 300k in his farm now. I kinda wondering that if he's so good at multiplying money in short period of time, then non of his family or community member will be poor. He is a low budget scammer
I agree I am a scammer. No problem. Time will reveal who is stupid and whom the wise one is. Just two months more. I am coming to quote at the right time you nuisance

Ntoooor. A nation that prioritizes speaking English over teaching her citizens the tenets of productivity and production optimization will always suffer.

One Acre of Land Lease - 20,000 Naira

Cost of Making 2,000 Heaps = 2,000 x 300 Naira = 6,000 Naira

2,000 Yam Heads x 300 Naira each = 60,000 Naira

Herbicides - 3 Cans = 18,000 Naira

Tractor Clearing - 30,000 Naira

Planting - 2,000 Yams x 30 Naira per head = 60,000 Naira

Cost to Spray and water fetching 7,000 Naira

1 Ton Manure - 30,000 plus logistics costs

Of course there will be up to four stages herbicides and pesticides applications. But this basic plan outlines how to produce 2,000 pieces of yams in just ten months, but consumerism don kill all of una. Nigerians and mediocrity, Keep worshipping hausa/Fulani foods na

Imagine spending 500,000 Naira to produce 2,000 Yams. Yet you people will find all sorts of excuses to be productive but will rather complain, nah and whine about high pricing of commodities. Smh

Heartless people out there, I came here looking for idea of what to do with 300k in our present economy, to earn a living but you after how to take everything from me.

You want me to come get and invest in your farm and in 130days(4 months) you will give me 100% of my investment. But we all learnt here that when the return on investment is too good, it's a red flag. Don't scam people
You failure in life. Your conscience will judge you. Go and check my profile. I advertised a Raingun Sprinkler worth 270,000 Naira for sale. A Nairalander is buying it and sending me the money all the way from Ebonyi today.

Not everyone is as ruined and lazy like you. I am not the reason for your total failure in life, you lazy eediot

Yes. Don't mind those jokers making fun on the thread. I have rented at least 1200 - 2000 plots across my duration of doing this.

No partners. I sell everything my hands touch in my house to finance myself and do all sorts of online menial jobs to get finance

See as you don dey gather plenty likes already.
Can you give details if you don't mind, make we learn.
It costs around 250,000 - 340,000 Naira to produce 20 50kg bags of Garri. We asked Nigerians to finance our ideas to enter the forest, face threat of deaths, face threat of bandits, sleep in the forest, we would do the work, you guys refused. The country is suffering from what we can completely manage. Sheybi the youths do not like to collaborate. Let the nation suffer the lack.

Cassave takes average 18 months to maturity
Wetin dem go dey eat before cassava mature ?

But I get your point.

Most Nigerians are not research minded and are actually lazy both in thoughts and actions

Most Nigerians should better get it that tough times will always be with us , its always been there just that we forget about it the moment we get a little comfort but they are always there, and most times are caused by factors beyond our control like the Ukraine war or the Israeli Palestinian conflict..... Do you know the world is yet to recover after the disruptions caused by COVID 19?

So the smart ones instead of bitching around look for opportunities to explore and adopt coping mechanisms

Have we forgotten the saying that when the time gets tough the tough gets going.
The situation is made worst by the fact that opportunities are limited for the vast majority of Nigerians
Cassava can be harvested from nine months
