I supplied Bukka Hut restaurant a food product for up to eight years. They know me in person if I mention the name. My overall experience with them was excellent. I am grateful to God for the years of working with them till this very day though I no longer work with supplies. I always speak highly of them everywhere I am opportuned to speak concerning them.


I only wanted to please state that you should please omit the issue of smell in whatever report you may give anywhere please. I know how their kitchen to their store and how the back end operate. That's where we suppliers pass through to make supplies not the front door. I am asking you not to make the comment concerning the smell because a food canteen must have food smells. Especially since they are bulk cooking. While they may have improvements to work upon, they are not doing bad and their jobs have helped so many people climb up the ladder of success and we should see this as a positive societal contribution .
