amnotapervert: If I understand your question correctly, you are asking what amount of taxable income you should declare to IRCC as a freelancer in Nigeria when using your earnings as proof of funds for a student visa.
Well there is no fixed tax amount required. However, your declared income should logically explain how you were able to build your savings over time. Thank you for your response. My Worry is that, the tax filing does not correlate with the monthly inflow ove the years. Imagine submitting a statement of N34,875,500.00 with monthly income of N5,000,000/00 as an example. Wouldnt the tax filling need to correlate with the monthly inflow? |

Guys, I have an urgent question. For someone who is a freelancer and is acting as a self-sponsor, what amount of tax is advisable to file?
All funds have been built monthly over the last few years |
