Will you rather invest in a commercial city like lagos or a back water state in some other part of Nigeria? If you really have money to invest, your business decision won't be guided by emotions, tons of businesses are making truckload of money in Lagos everyday, Lagos state Is the gift that keeps giving, the landmark group received over 3 million visitors last year, kids pay about 5k to access that facility, Adult fees are higher, 3 million multiplied by 5k is N15b and this is notwithstanding the other services in the facility like hotels, bike rentals, bar, restaurants, clothing stores, grocery stores, etc, which other state in Nigeria has this much population willing to patronise a business of that nature? 2 Likes |

BigkokoRep: Blackmailers are not needed in Lagos. They are creating nuisances in Lagos. The woman has a salon in one Africa country. She should advice her investors to move to the African country. Lagos would be more organized if their kind of investors leave Lagos. That is why they are been harassed in Ghana and South Africa until Nigeria intervened. Before they created the nuisances in Lagos, the City was very organized. They should leave we don't want them. Responsible investors will come to Lagos. They are gradually turning Jo'burg to Lagos. Lagos has three International boundaries - Land, Air and Sea representing the Triangular forces of the Heavens which are Sun, Moon and Star. The markets in Lagos serve many countries in Africa . The Wealth of Lagos is Divinely invoked by Saint Moses Orimolade and other Saints at the Ocean ( Beach). SBJ Oshoffa also invoked the wealth by the Sea. After the decimation of Lagos by Abacha, the HOLY Ghost Congress of 1998 December at LEKKI BEACH kickstarted the revival of the present development. They came with nothing to Lagos and are made, they are now blackmailing the land and abuse her people. The land will revolt and fight them at the end. We don't want them in Lagos 6 Likes |

Which of the useless business are you saying. What is stopping you from taking your fake business to your region and let see first. On this same platform, they have listed the names/companies of the real investors in Lagos and we all see the leading tribe. If you think your buying and selling is what make you business owners, then you are on your own. You need Lagos to sell so Lagos don't need you. Take your load and go back to your region, no one will hold you or miss you. Enough of crying all the time. Pack your load and go. 43Ronin: 4 Likes |

What do you say about demolition of legally approved landed properties of Igbos in Lagos immediately after Bola became president of Nigeria? |

After all the noise he was making about igbos dominating and selling fake products, he was asked what he does for a living and his contribution to the development of Lagos he was claiming, he couldn't answer, all the attempt made for him to review what he does for a living, he couldn't answer,he became ashamed and left. mrvitalis:You're a tribalist whose sense of reasoning is being influenced by your primitive ethnic affiliation, landmark recorded 3m visitors last year, kids pay 5k to access that place and adult fees are higher, multiply 5k by 3m, that's over 15b, which state in the south east has this much customers willing to patronise such businesses? That guy is not an Internet troll and he knows things you do not know, regardless of the outcry people from all parts of Nigeria are making good money in lagos, I'm even considering opening an SME in lagos aa a side hustle even though I reside in PH, real business men do not think like you, they think money first, who tribe help? 6 Likes |
