Propaganda. Who evaluated it as $200 million? Nigerians just pull big numbers out of nowhere 😂

This is another beach resort in the Maldives, a real tourist destination with good security and more buildings and better amenities, selling for $70m.
the resorts you are mentioning, you don't buy it for life. It is more like leasing. You own it for a period of 20-30years.

Same as Landmark or Mami beach that are being affected. You only own them for a few years at most. Infact, Eko Atlantic phase two would have gotten rid of landmark anyway.

Tealimbu slaves hate truth.
They prefer liars and praise-singers.
They love propaganda more than the well being of entire country.
They can d!e just to defend criminality.
They're the reason Nigeria is exactly the way it is.
They believe Nigeria is perfectly okay.

A few buildings on a beach does not equal 200 million dollars. These guys just pull numbers out of their arses.

A resort in Indonesia which is a real tourist destination.
This resorts are leased at that stated amount. You are not buying for life. Landmark was bought outright hence the price variation.

LMAO. Ignorance.
Nobody can buy the ocean front outright in Nigeria. They belong to FG and the state government.

Even land on solid ground that you buy anywhere in Nigeria is only leased for 99 years! With your CofO, the government still owns the land.

Nigerian government has always been experts in destroying something they cannot create. If these crooks in government know what it takes to legit raise $200 million, I am sure they would have maintained the original course of that road without altering it and tampering with Landmark Resort.

So you believe landmark resort is actually $200m? Have you been to the resort before? What structures are on the resort that amounts to such humonguos amount?

That's one of the reason why IELTS is made compulsory in Nigeria. Alot of Nigerians can read but can't comprehend.

The FG or state will not sell out a beach front to anyone for life. Seriously, you can't be this dull. Even those beach lands don't belong to the Oniru family that have been on those lands for centuries.

I cannot state the intricacies because I have no access to the survey plan but I have seen a copy of the title because the owner has used it to access facilities from investment houses, if it was a leased agreement, he wouldn't be able to

Meanwhile, they just hate him because he is not biased and crooked....

Sigh. I can't keep going back and forth with you. Even your Certificate of occupancy on a land is still leased for only 99 years let alone a prime land like beach front that is heavily controlled and regulated by the FG and the state government. Your title does not mean you own it outrightly. Even the Chagoury that built Eko Atlantic do not outrightly own the lands, and the government can call for it anytime. My last post on this thread.

Don't let me doubt your reasoning capacity, Landmark was sold outright, the extent of the property I do not know but that property has been used to secure facilities in the past

You should rather point the lie in his report. If your enemy catches you stealing and reports it, does it change the fact you are a thief?

A leasing agreement is distinct from a C/O. If you have a leasing agreement you cannot trade the property, you cannot sell it, you don't have authority over it. A C/O even if 99 years is stated on it, gives you authority over the property....they are distinct
