Do you know properties on the Banana Island and several properties on the Island in general have always been more expensive than properties of equal standard in Manhattan?

Because it's Nigeria or even Africa doesn't mean it would sell less. The prices are often high in developing countries because most of the buyers use illegal/launder money to buy them. And they bring all these illegal/stolen money from both home and abroad.
