Eye opener. the commissioner have told the whole world how Lagos has gone worse in terms of housing. If annual rent for illegal squatting under bridge in a makeshift 10X10 could be N250k. Imagine how much a standard self contain in Lagos would be.

I still believe one can get a room for 120k per annum here in Lagos, therefore, I don’t believe anyone who can afford 250k will want to live under the bridge.

Bro I doubt it! I passed through this location early ds year and wondered if am truly heading to Dolphin estate. U need to see the number of Hausa guys there selling all sorts of drug while some were selling rams n so on. If fact,one of those guys there showed me the way(short cut) to s estate. A no go lie U, dt place na mini town on it's especially n with the look of things, d area go dey hot at night! OJU OLOMO, O TOOOO!

They pay per night. I have listened to a similar experience. But this one was about a woman who lived in the market.

They can charge you as much as 1000 naira per night.

That is 30,000 naira for a sleeping space every month.
