Timixion:

KDB is a big part of City’s success? Lmao . Man wasn’t even present when City won its biggest ever trophy(UCL). Rodri carried him.

City also won the league in 2019 without KDB..He missed more than half of the campaign. In 2022, still the same case. How important has he been in that team? Rodri, Gundogan have been way more important that him.

KDB is only listed as a midfielder on formation but in reality he doesn’t play midfield, E.G attached shows his average position in the last game… Further up, even ahead of Haaland.

Most of KDB’s assists is from excessive crossing(attached). Typical RW/SS style of play

The level at which Figo operated was different, he was a ballondor winner & a fifa best winner. KDB has never been the best in the world at any point, he has only been on the BallonDor/Fifa best podium(top3) once in his entire career. His first time ever on the podium was at age 31 which he lost to Benzema. So using Figo as an example makes no sense.

Mind you ,Zidane was on fifa best podium for 6 seasons. He won the award 3x & won Ballondor too. How dare you compare that cross spa mmer to the great Zizou ?

And you said Football is a career thing & not a big game thing. It’s obvious you have zero knowledge about Zidane’s career..

Zidane is the only player in history to win the best player of the tournament in worldcup, Euro & UCL plus also winning the player of the season in Ligue1, Laliga & SerieA. He also won MOTM WC final & CL final with massive goals

So he litterally did it in 3 biggest tournaments & 3 top leagues…Zidane has the career and the big game. What does KDB have?

Ghosted in Worldcup, Ghosted in Euro, Ghosted in CL final, Ghosted in nations league. Euro 2024 is on the way, he will ghost too & blame it on old age like he did in the last worldcup cheesy :

You are still hinging on big games. When you look at career stats, KDB still ghosts Zidane when it comes to offensive contribution. You can talk of Zidane won this won Serie A, won this, won that. KDB when it comes to Manchester City, his medals are also huge. You can try to play down his contribution but his assists and goals for City is insane. He is just behind Ryan Giggs in all time assists. Playing for City alone. That is insane. You can't bend the truth.

Politics / Atiku: Tinubu Must Not Fiddle With Nigeria’s Pension Funds Asset by iwaeda: 7:17pm
…It’s a breach of the Pension Reform Act

The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in the 2023 general election, Atiku Abubakar has cautioned the government of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to act strictly within the provisions of the Pension Reform Act of 2014 (PRA 2014), along with the revised Regulation on Investment of Pension Assets issued by the National Pension Commission (PenCom) and not fiddle with Nigeria’s Pension Funds Asset.

The former vice president disclosed this in a statement he personally signed on Wednesday and made available to Vanguard.

Recall that the Finance Minister and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Wale Edun, had hinted on using N20 trillion from the nation’s pension funds and other funds to finance critical infrastructure projects across the country.

Reacting in a statement, Atiku condemned the move noting that it is a misguided initiative that could lead to disastrous consequences on the lives of Nigeria’s hardworking men and women who toiled and saved and who now survive on their pensions having retired from service.

In his words: “My attention is drawn to a disturbing disclosure by the Finance Minister and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Wale Edun, as he addressed State House correspondents after the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting at the Presidential Villa on Tuesday, 14 May.

There is, according to the Minister, a move by the Federal Government to rev up economic growth by unlocking N20 trillion from the nation’s pension funds and other funds to finance critical infrastructure projects across the country. The Minister has indicated that although “the initiative is expected to attract foreign investment interest over time”, domestic savings are his ‘immediate focus’ for now.

“He provided no useful details, such as the percentage of the funds to be mopped up from the Pension Funds, for example. Even at that, this move must be halted immediately! It is a misguided initiative that could lead to disastrous consequences on the lives of Nigeria’s hardworking men and women who toiled and saved and who now survive on their pensions having retired from service.

It is another attempt to perpetrate illegality by the Federal Government. The government must be cautioned to act strictly within the provisions of the Pension Reform Act of 2014 (PRA 2014), along with the revised Regulation on Investment of Pension Assets issued by the National Pension Commission (PenCom). In particular, the Federal Government must not act contrary to the provisions of the extant Regulation on investment limits to wit: Pension Funds can invest no more than 5% of total pension funds’ assets in infrastructure investments. I note that as of December 2023, total pension funds assets were approximately N18 Trillion, of which 75% of these are investments in FGN Securities.

“There is NO free Pension Funds that is more than 5% of the total value of the nation’s pension fund for Mr. Edun to fiddle with.

“There are no easy ways for Mr. Edun to address the challenges of funding infrastructure development in Nigeria. He can’t cut corners. He must introduce the necessary reforms to restore investor confidence in the Nigerian economy and to leverage private resources, skills, and technology.”

BeigJawnson:
■ Okay sir.... Then what can we call a church leader?
A thief! undecided

And one more thing, The "church" described by Paul in 1 Corinthians 14 for instance is instead a reference to a general gathering of the Jewish people — both those who do not believe in Jesus Christ and maybe those who do. You would know this from the details contained in the statements made by Paul regarding the gatherings, particularly his many suggestions regarding prophets and prophecies. undecided
26 So, brothers and sisters, what should you do? When you meet together, one person has a song, another has a teaching, and another has a new truth from God. One person speaks in a different language, and another interprets that language. The purpose of whatever you do should be to help everyone grow stronger in faith.
27 When you meet together, if anyone speaks to the group in a different language, it should be only two or no more than three people who do this. And they should speak one after the other. And someone else should interpret what they say.
28 But if there is no interpreter, then anyone who speaks in a different language should be quiet in the church meeting. They should speak only to themselves and to God.
29 And only two or three prophets should speak. The others should judge what they say.
30 And if a message from God comes to someone who is sitting, the first speaker should be quiet.
31 You can all prophesy one after the other. This way everyone can be taught and encouraged.
32 The spirits of prophets are under the control of the prophets themselves.
33 God is not a God of confusion but a God of peace. This is the rule for all the meetings of God’s people.
34 The women should keep quiet in these church meetings. They are not allowed to speak out but should be under authority, as the Law of Moses says.
35 If there is something they want to know, they should ask their own husbands at home. It is shameful for a woman to speak up like that in the church meeting.
36 God’s teaching did not come from you, and you are not the only ones who have received it.
37 If you think you are a prophet or that you have a spiritual gift, you should understand that what I am writing to you is the Lord’s command.
38 If you do not accept this, you will not be accepted.
39 So my brothers and sisters, continue to give your attention to prophesying. And don’t stop anyone from using the gift of speaking in different languages.
40 But everything should be done in a way that is right and orderly. - 1 Corinthians 14 vs 26 - 46
So, if you closely examine what Paul said in the above passage, it becomes clear, that the church He mentioned in this case was not a gathering of believers or followers of Jesus Christ but rather a gathering that consisted of children of Isreal – sinners and non-sinners alike — to whom the Spirit of Prophesy promised by God to all the young men and women in the land at the time had descended upon - Joel 2 vs 28 - 31. In His Gospel, Jesus Christ made clear that He was the last prophet sent by God to the people of Israel. And it is important to note that unlike the God of Israel —YHWH —who declared in His Law that He would send prophets out among His people, Israel, in His Name, Jesus Christ never instituted an office of prophets in the Kingdom of God. This means that all the prophets — including the spirit of prophets proclaimed even in the book of Acts belonged not to the Kingdom of God but to the Old Law of Moses.

“After this, I will pour out my Spirit on all kinds of people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will have dreams,
and your young men will see visions. In those days I will pour out my Spirit even on servants, both men and women. - Joel 2 vs 28 - 29

The spirit of prophecy came upon all young men and women— including those who were already born-again at the time — in the land during the last days as prophesied by Joel and as such there were gatherings where people came together to exchange information on messages revealed to them. Paul stressed that all those in attendance of such meetings ought to honor the Law of Moses during those gatherings because they were concerned with issues of the Old traditions and not the New. lipsrsealed

What you should lookout for is whether he'll stop critiquing the government completely after this meeting.
