The Federal Executive Council (FEC) has been given a three day ultimatum to address the entire nation on the state of President Umaru Yar'adua's health.

Giving the ultimatum in a statement, the Egalitarian Mission, Africa (EMA) said the address should be backed with medical reports and updates clearly showing the true situation about the President's state of health and whereabouts.


The group said failure to yield to their demand will lead them to believe that the president is permanently incapacitated and they will embark on concerted civil actions to ensure the full activation of the provisions of the Nigerian constitution under the circumstances.
