Dear Valued Customer, we regret any inconveniences you might have gone through, but kindly note that FERO Mobile never for once had any service center in VI. What we had in VI was a collection center, that was when FERO Mobile repair was undergone by another service center operative.
However, it pleases us to notify you that our major service center had been opened at Ikeja since January 2017. Kindly visit us at 16, Awolowo way opposite ikeja club, Ikeja to get your phone fixed.

I was at your service center Ikeja last week Saturday and also today but the woman on duty today was very unprofessional and very rude. Apart from my reservation that I have for your products, she even worsened my experience concerning ur products if not for the timely intervention of one of your staff (a man) that came out from the repair room.

My advice, given that ur brand is trying to penetrate the market and gain general acceptability & coupled with majorly bad reviews, at least with my experience and others I overhead at your service center last week and today, I don't think u need someone as rude as the woman you put on duty today to interface with the public on your behalf.

Perhaps, may be she is being forced to do the job coz I could not just fathom her behaviour and attitude. She is an embodiment of bad customer service representative.

As far as I am concerned I won't advise people to go for fero. I bought one (A4502) at DSCL VI on January 24, 2017 only for the touch to stop working the following month. I can't even unlock the phone again. And on getting to their supposed service center in VI only for me to hear that they are now in Ikeja.

For me FERO or whatever they call it is no go area not even for my enemy. It's a complete disaster and I regretted buying it in the first place.
