it seems this was yoir first smartphone. you need to know that you can never get 100% of the space since the phone already has pre-installed system apps that cant be deleted. The operating system also occupies some space so having only 3.2GB out of 8GB is normal. Personally i only get about 9GB of my phone's 16GB total.

I have a bad review for FERO phones. I bought a Fero V505 phone last year October, It had a cracked screen which I took to your Ikeja centre.
I was told the only option is to swap with a lower spec phone and pay N7500. Though I eventually pay the N7500 for the swapping (I actually bought it for someone), the experience leaves me with a bad thought for anything FERO.

I can't even unlock the phone again. And on getting to their supposed service center in VI only for me to hear that they are now in Ikeja.

For me FERO or whatever they call it is no go area not even for my enemy. It's a complete disaster and I regretted buying it in the first place.

Apart from my reservation that I have for your products, she even worsened my experience concerning ur products if not for the timely intervention of one of your staff (a man) that came out from the repair room.

My advice, given that ur brand is trying to penetrate the market and gain general acceptability & coupled with majorly bad reviews, at least with my experience and others I overhead at your service center last week and today, I don't think u need someone as rude as the woman you put on duty today to interface with the public on your behalf.

Perhaps, may be she is being forced to do the job coz I could not just fathom her behaviour and attitude. She is an embodiment of bad customer service representative.

I took delivery of Fero Iris in Abuja yesterday. I must confess that I'm impressed. The iris scanner is working perfectly, the 4G LTE is superb. To say the fact, the phone's 8MP camera is better than most Tecno and infinix of 13MP or more. For just N29,900 at this time, this is wonderful!

My fero A5002 has been working efficiently,not until last week Friday. While using it, a black line appears on the screen,then it suddenly freezes and reboots itself. After a while the dark line appears again and it reboots.I tried the factory reset option, thinking it would put an end to this but,it never did. So I had to flash the phone,still the problem continued. I regret buying this fero phone, I should have gone for already established brands. It's crazy!

Each time I sent an SMS with Fero Iris, you add the message "sent from my Fero Iris"
