That is cos there would be no camp in niger state for ppl that choose niger as part of their options so their SOD would be amongst the remaining 3.
If you look closely, we all in stream have 2 or 3 states in common meaning the states that would be hosting stream2 might not exceed 10.
So if this info is trully from niger state camp, its just means niger state would not be hosting stream2.
The dates on their official site still remains the same
