Grgton: Do have a good afternoon... Mumu don't run, you know I promised to always teach you some lesson each time you show up. Lol Anambra has three major cities, but imo has one, imo hasn't been able to at least develop their state capital which is still a glorified village. This is why imo indigenes have kept relocating in their millions to more developed Anambra cities of Awka and Onitsha. Who actually cursed imo state? Owerri deserves to be demolished and rebuilt with a decent infrastructures as these ones

Owerri as a glorified village deserves better. You guys in imo deserves a decent state capital with the right infrastructures like this. Stop posting on junction while almost all the roads in Owerri are dilapidated and muddy. Why should a normal person be proud of this owerri village Grgton: I think owerri deserves better Owerri isn't up to standard but the city roads are just fine

Owerri has remained like an abandoned glorified village. The substandard flyover in Owerri has been turned to a dirty motorpark. Grgton is crying because he cannot understand why owerri has continued to be worse than qba
1. Owerri flyover
2. Awka flyover

You bitter envious imo people have carried your frustration into this thread simply because because of flyover painting, does owerri have ordinary flyover? Owerri has worse roads than any state capital in Nigeria but you ediot is here talking of Awka and Anambra in general that Soludo has turned to a construction site. Why are you people always bitter and pained? Grgton: I think you have spoken my mind! What is the painting celebration for? Lol

Ofodirinwa: You know if you post good pictures from Anambra here, and someone googles Owerri, your pictures will appear? As an Imo indigene it becomes a win because we are promoting Owerri and imo state at large, so why are you worried? |

Yes Owerri is finer than Orlu and Okigwe. No one is disparaging Owerri but we must state it the way it is in reality without propaganda |

I am not into your unnecessary shallow reasoning and bickering. Imo state presently is a failed state. I am from imo state but I won't deceive myself like you. Owerri ICC should be demolished likewise imo state airport because they are embarrassment to imo state and igboland at large. There's no reasonable development in imo state, this has affected our state, because rich imo indigenes rather invest and live in Anambra and Enugu states than ever living or investing in imo state. Next election in imo state is very important because we need a technocrat to lead imo state and not these illiterates and charlatans like Uzodinma, Rochas, Ihedioha, Ohakim etc Grgton: Thank you for your response! I appreciate that..he IMO 2023 budget already captured most capital infrastructures.. which the airport remodelling, ICC reconstruction and many others are to be projected and executed .Below is the already completed 35km owerri ---orlu Expwy with State of the art modern artilleries... road Markings and road signage, bridges, street lights etc Pictures: Anambra international airport road. This is how a modern infrastructure should look like and not the nonsense you posted

Owerriboi: Imolites saw escalators and carousels at airport for the first time in Anambra.
This is Anambra international airport When shall our imo state get to this level of development? Is imo state cursed or the indigenes the cause?

Politics › Re: Few Pics From Imo State by 0fodirinwa: 2:46pm On Jan 07, 2023 |
Owerriboi: Once imo state government demolished all those eyesore, then they should go to Anambra and copy what infrastructures should look like, then come back to implement it.
1. Anambra international airport
2. Awka International convention centre
3. Awka flyover
4. Paved roads with sidewalks and covered drainage Imo state government must relocate to Anambra and understudy how they were able to succeed with these mega projects

Politics › Re: Few Pics From Imo State by 0fodirinwa: 2:44pm On Jan 07, 2023 |
I have been saying this for long. Imo state doesn't have any outstanding signature infrastructure. Demolishing all those projects should be a government priority Owerriboi: While everyone agrees that the entire imo state should be demolished, planned and rebuilt, but the next administration in imo state should first demolish and rebuilt the following eyesore projects in imo state immediately on assumption of office.
1. Imo motorpark airport (imo is yet to have airport, because even motorparks at Upper Iweka looks decent than this)
2. Owerri international conference centre (this substandard Hall should be demolished to pave way for the kind of worldclass ICC)
3. Owerri flyovers are more or less an eyesore and substandard because since it was built, it hasn't been used because of structural issues.
4. Almost all the roads in Owerri are dilapidated and muddy. The next administration in imo state must take a strong decision to demolish this village that's Owerri and rebuilt it with proper flyovers, roads with sidewalks and covered drainage. |
