Misconception.
When peeps run android apps & download/stream almost unnecessary things on the BB10... they complain about airtel data draining fast.
I use the airtel sub... it's everything over glo.

For N1500 for 3gig ----> *435#
.....N1000 for 3gig ----->*431#

Here's the difference.
There's the "unlimited" tag on the N1500 sub... which means, you can almost browse any Web page or download/stream files without any restrictions (whatsoever).

With the N1000 sub, there restrictions placed on certain contents on Web pages.

My Take:
If you are not a yahoo yahoo person or a hacker, etc etc... looking for what is not lost, the N1000 sub is okay for any sane Nigerian.

I jus noticed that even the GLO N1400 for 3gb doesn't work anymore for bb10 devices.
I tried the sub on Friday evening countless times to no avail.
In the end, the network automatically deducted 1000 from my credits and left me with 1.5gb instead.
Livid with rage, i called the customer service.
After a few hours, I was finally able to get through and was informed that the network had initiated a system software upgrade that has henceforth ceased the sub of N1400 for 3gb on all BlackBerry 10 devices. The N1400 sub can only be used on BlackBerry Legacy device from now onwards.

The customer service officer then advised that I use the N2500 for 4g on bb10 services instead.




I won't lie, I've been mighty pissed ever since. Dunno what next plan of action to take once my sub runs out.

Has anyone had this same issue since friday?

Switch to airtel. Dazzol!!!!

I can't run from glo's N1400 for 3gig to start using N1500 for same data worth. Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!

I am (and I have been) using the N1000 = 3gig on Airtel. It works perfectly.

I know there's N1500 for 3gig... I just wonder what the difference is.

This is the situation of water for students in the UK hall of FUNAAB this morning. Students had to queue to fetch a bucket of water. Some students had to resort to getting water from an old well nearby. Some students were seen heading towards the student union building all in quest for water so as to make it early to 8am lecture. This was as a result of lack of power supply the previous day and the school authority failed to put on the generator at the stipulated time the previous night.
Why should this be happening in a federal univerity .

I guess the ladies at iYAT Hall aint affected by this one day scarcity....

Airtel sub is good on BlackBerry Z30.... as long as you are going for the N1,500 plan. Anything lesser than that (on airtel) is a ruse.
