Brings home such sad nostalgic pain.

When sadness fills my night alone,
Reminds me of the love I own,
Beyond the whim but deep in thought,
Of those my heart and soul has sought.
Nostalgia, Oh, thy blind remorse,
To set my feet upon a course
For love in hearts of those my own,
When I but dream, to dream of home.
With kisses to my cheek behold,
As childhood silver turns to gold.
