I believe the traffic in Lagos is terrible enough to have both lanes on the third mainland bridge closed why can't it be repaired one at a time that would ease up the stess a little instead of spending most of our valuable time on the roads. Engineers and construction workers I hope their is a good explanation for this or is it just our gov being Insensitive.
