its not true. As long as you have 5 credits in Maths, English, Physics, Chemistry and any other science subject in not more than 2 sittings, you would be admitted into the department

it is true. Am a graduate of elect/elect/computer engrn dept, uniuyo. Further maths is only an added advantage when u gain admission and starte doing engineering maths. U dont need f. Maths for admission. It only helps if u have a D in maths.

VURN, my question is whether uniuyo will admit me into the department of elec/elec/ computer engr since i was not offered futher mathematic in secondary skul and there is no further maths in my o'level result? but i got the five credit which include maths, physic, chemistry, english language and biology? elect/elect department is different from computer engineering, but for now computer engineering is still under elect/elect [we still have the same HOD and share some courses sha], at the end of your study you would only be offered B.eng elect/elect engr

i cant really judge, but one thing i knw is engineering maths is more advanced than normal mathematics
