Hi,wat happened during d interview,anything.......

the interview was not beans o, it was in 3 stages Buh d same day. A whole day affair it was. The first stage entailed filling forms which contained questions like ur salary expectations, short term vision etc. Twas about 5 pages. In d second stage we were given a paper which contained a story and we were asked to discuss it in a group and come up with solution to d guys problem to make him make better sales and we were not to choose a leader.
Third stage was d interview and wen we got to d panel of like 6, we were asked to pick a paper and talk about wot was on d paper for 5mins after which dey wil now do d main interview. I picked globalisation. They wil now start asking question about d company up to d executive and non executive members of d board of directors and I tink they asked d guys if they usually drink and if u answer'No' den u wil be asked ow u wil taste d brew to know if its Kk. After all dis den dey wil tel u to ask dem question and dt was d end.
Like 4 ppl were @ d front doin d interview and d remaining like 3 or 4 ppl were behind us. No be small tin o

No nid for credentials. Take ur ID wt u. Questns r easy but tym is not a frnd. Read GMAT 2008 for abstract reasoning. Abt 4 questns came out frm it. Quantitative is graph mostly. Gud luck

Thanks Pepperless,dat means som1 nids 2 prepare wel 4 d interview nd knw almost all d names of der directors nd also knw abt der origin nd dose products dey have,wer dey hav der other branch nd der achievements.Hmmmm.GOD will help us.Did dey nw giv d guy job or he failed because he doesnt drink,coz i dont drink too.or som1 go lie sey him dey drink wen he no dey drink.dis 1 na real panel.... like how many weks after u hv done d test dey nw cald u 4 interview

Did nt also click on submit, bt wen my tym elapsed my test was automatically submitted. So urs was also submitted except wer dere is netwk prob as it did happen to me. I did d test twice. D 1st tym, jst wen it ws tym up d system went dwn, de hv to confirm if i hv bn assessed n found out hv nt. So had to strt again. Dis tym did nt also click on submit, bt at d end of 50min d test was automatically submitted. So it depends on wat was displayed on ur screen afta 50mins

What was the display on your screen after the auto submission? Cos i had same experience and my system displayed stuffs like 'internet explorer not ........' Then i closed the page and the screen turned blue.

Hmmnn mine didn't display anything, when time elapsed it jst went off and screen turned blue

@Pepperless Are u nw working in NB or u were nt called when u went for the interview pls share

@Adevick d screen also displayed blue n was told my test has bn submitted n shud leave d hall quietly.

I was one click from submitting before my time elapsed My own screen displayed "Thank you only those successful will be contacted"

.at d stage where u av to pick a paper n discuss,what topics r likely to come out cos I've heard someone talk on phcn,7 points agenda etc.so what other topics av u heard abt?

Guys, there is nothing like test result. They will only call successful ones for interview and the unsuccessful ones will not be contacted again.

My people jst relax...they'll start callin' soon. in the mean time I recommend that you concentrate more on prayers oda than worryin abt when they'll call cos d deed is already done

I called workforce ystdy. I inquired wen exactly d result wil be out but d guy who answerd my call said he didnt knw. He said dat we wil be contactd soon.

Workforce just sent me a mail congratulating me fir the success of the just concludeed test and that I wld be contacted for the next. Stage which is functional testing and interview

Ya! i got a message too, congratulating me on my success @ d ability test. next stage is function based test and interview in Lagos, date and time to be communicated later. Start checking ur mail boxes people.
