Sometimes ago, GEj, came up with the issue of reduction in birthrate. Will not having more than 3children, stop corruption, mismagement, injustice and the likes? Or is it having children 2 or 3 that will help develop the country, help us to be more organized. If so, do you think birth control should be mandated.
