i am for "any team but USA" for this Olympic basketball. Haaa. They use my country to make History. Kai.. These guys said they want to have the same success as the dream team in 1992. So far they are making progress. Men 156-73. In Forex that's "margin call" Men but to be honest, the Nigerian players where not defending at all. They were always trying to double-team from the start. Imagine Carmelo Anthony shooting 3 points anyhow. They were open for shots all the time. This result is really a nighmare and they way they were laughing is really annoying |

The feeling of many Americans about the US defeat of Nigeria is that it's unfair for the IOC to field Grade-A NBA super stars against amature players from other countries. Some of them suggested that the olympic commitee revert to the old ways of allowing only amateurs execute the olympics. They also gave Nigeria kudos for scoring up to 73. Hardly can any team score that much against the US. |

D'Tigers players are not amateurs, a few of them have played in two to three NBA teams. Unfortunately for us we played against the best the NBA could offer. Ike Diogu has played in 7 NBA teams  I'm not feeling bad for our guys, they played well but the US players were just on point!!! |

Unfortunately for us we played against the best the NBA could offer.Most of them are NBA level players but they're not even the best in their various teams. Most of them are reserves. I think where we lost it is in the coaching and 3 pointers. |
