There is this organisation that I know of. The staffs work really hard, most times on their feet all day. Yet, their remunerations is very low, yet the staffs don't get to be paid ds salary till on the 15th to 20th of the next month. At times, some of the staffs get debited for repairs that the company ought to have paid for. This company is a major player in the hospitality sector.(Fast food). I believe the NLC shouldn't just fight the govt alone but they should also look into the conditions of service of employees in some private organisations.
