- Treat customers’ requests and ensure IT applications and VAS systems support,
- Tracking CDRs (Calls Details Records) with EMM (Ericsson Multi-Mediation files and events), configurations architect, DUP programming;
- Provisioning management (EMA with CAI programming, ADC, MMC, CRBT);
- Development and administration of VAS applications,
- OSs: Windows, Unix/Linux, clustering and Solaris;
- PHP, MySQL, Shell, SMPP/HTTP, FTP, Telnet, SSH, GSM, SS7,
