this is one of those half-baked idea that OBJ brough along.

again and again, time has shown that OBJ has a very poor judgemental thinking.

Monetiser is good but its needs basic infrastructure on ground to work.

sample:

No Minister/Governor/government official etc should have a driver. They should drive themselves or take train/taxi/Bus
But because the roads are bad, no train, no traffic laws, the robbers are every where.
