The company has been a contractor to various federal parastals and currently has on-going contractual agreements with the Lagos state government.

In summary, assets of the company include;

- Landed properties in Apapa and other sites in Lagos

- Construction and dredging equipment

- Buyer inherits, retainership and other agreements/ contracts with Lagos State government
