hello house, plz i want to ask except graduate trainees are not other positions in the bank one can go for and from there converted or smthing.any body with useful info plzzzzzz.

If you have some years-working experience from other banks or you are a professional in Information technology or other skilled work, a bank may absorb you into their system, any other thing , a bank will need to train you since you probably know next to nothing about their operations.
