It's great to be here once again today and today we'll be discussing about Procastination.
Our Text:James4:14, For what is your life ?it is even a vapour ,that appeareth for a little time ,and then vanisheth away',
Procastination is a problem that has been existing since ages,it's an act of postponing what's supposed to be done now till whenever,it's an habit,and negative habits not controlled is a problem.why postpone what you can do now till tomorrow?
Redwood trees last for 1000yrs,Most other things go relatively fast.A face lift last 6-10years,a £5 note one year,a painted white line on the road for 4mths.What about me?The average life span is between 75-80 years of age.That sounds pretty good if you're young,but tends to be sobering when you pass 50.The Bible says your life is like a vapour ,and vapour aren't known for longevity;just a puff of smoke and they're gone !so why are you still waiting?you don't have forever,Make your mind up today and stop procastination.the time to do it is NOW.
You say you've always wanted to play the piano,stop talking about it and start taking lessons!Or is that letter you need to write or that phone call or that registering for that course,NOW is the time quit complaining and remember you start from the bottom not the top,think you're old?not a chance!The older you are the better in making changes to your life,so get out of neutral and get going .Put your life into God's hand's and let Him show you what He can do with it,Refuse to procastinate again,and God will help you to fulfill your desires.
