For a Limited Company of 3 persons, that’s in line with the requirement by CAMA, that’s two or more shareholders.

The fee is determine by the share capital, however, a 1 million capital service charge is N50,000.

For the duration, the certificate, CTCs & Memorandum & Article of Association will be out with 3-5 days.
