DAY11, Please, Try this Serial no. 0915627. I purposedly included the prefix 'A', as I wasnt so sure if it is part of the serial number. On the rear of the device under the front passenger seat, there is this sticker containing

1) 8 boxes joined together to form a column. In the first box is written 'A' and the remaining 7boxes are empty.

2) the words: serial number;
and finally,

3) 7digits: 0915627

So, I presumed that the 7digits are meant to fit in to these boxes. Funny right?

Confirm if this serial number is valid. I appreciate your effort.

Sorry, my airtime got exhausted. meanwhile, i appreciate ur assistance. This problem started earlier this year. I noticed it when I changed the car battery. It began to demand for passcode. During that time also, my digital clock reset, so i had to set it to the correct time. But till date, I cant key in the navigation passcode.
Now, since u thought i was refering to radio code, can you recheck if the SN I sent is valid for navigation?
If it is, you tell me. Then I will give you a call. Thanks

The Serial number you sent is not the Navi Serial number, meanwhile you have to remove it completely from the dashboard and read out the serial number.
