Use the text message method by sending ''8 to 131'' or going through MTN services in your phone menu and then tools and then Balance enquiry. |

Subcribe fir BIS tru the portal on ur fone....after u hav been activated for bis..u can check ur balance...I 1ce had dat issue too |

Finally I have gotten the solution to the problem of not recharging or checking credit on BB 8830we. 1. go to option menu, 2. open mobile network 3. change Data service to Off 4. then save it and reinsert the battery very simple |

GOTO 1. Manage connections 2. Mobile network option 3. Click on ur menu button, select diagnostic test, 4. Menu again then run. |
