I have 2 plots of land near uniport and i am looking to put up about 18 self contained rooms for students any ideas as to how much for an average std finish and any ideas as to achievable rents. Thx |

This is the quotation someone gave me, N1m for walling 2 plots and 550000 for building each self contain so your 18 rooms translates to a minimum N10m, add another N1m for other stuff like the Local authorities fees, etc then you get N11m. Students pay between 100k - 120k for a room so that is about N1.8m per year. |
