Hello guys, please I need advice.

I am married, I have a 10 months old baby, I have been on daily contraceptive since I gave birth to my baby, but then I stopped for 2 months cos I traveled away from my husband plus its making me so skinny. Am back to my home and to my husband, we had unprotected sex, I took postinor 2 first dose immediately after and the last dose 12 hours later. 12 hours later after the last dose I had another unprotected sex. Should I take another or the last one will be effective since it hasn't been long I took it.
