Dat is why I keep saying a lot of pps commenting (on NL) on Lagos has NEVER set foot on Lagos soil, do not know Lagos and only type false information on NL.FYI, gestures like these has been in operation for over 5years. Almost every major festive periods, Lagbus services are free.

Even lately House of Reps and Senate members from most states in SW, provide free buses for people that want to travel to their home towns for festive periods, like "Ojude Oba" festival during the Muslim "Ileya"....... A house of rep member (in mushin I think) has put down a bus for school kids in his constituency. Osun State government, made availble train ride from Lagos to my home-town during the last easter period

These are laudable initiatives that are very laudable. I believe many of our government officials can leverage on their revenue generation initiatives to provide meaningful social services

what will happen to the buses?why do people make such commments?the buses will operate their normal routes at the same pace they operate every other day.the only difference is that tickets wont be sold.
so you think free ride means loading people under the bus or on the roof abi?
