Will the site be updated often? If so, use a CMS (like Joomla or Drupal). If not and/or you will be paid to do the updating, code from scratch. Good luck! |

You can outsource it here there are lots of Good Developers here, but when it comes to the JS Scripting Apsect holla your boy. my advice pick something with upgrading in mind, |
