type wap and send to 232

logon to
http://www.ng.celtel.com/en/celtel-extras/gprs/index.html

and click on get your settings

then it'll take you here

http://196.46.240.47:8806/frontoffice.view;jsessionid=aoGMshUDJ6jf

u'll then be prompted to enter your phone number and the kind of service you want i.e gprs/mms.
just follow the instructions, if it gives you page cannot be displayed, just refresh.
