I don't knw about you nd others, buh I like my bank Access Bank. No because I also work there buh because they r very friendly and courteous in d midst of challenges like network downtime or product knowlegde gap.

I've been going to access bank(ik br) to collect my atm card 4 d past 3 months. I filled d transfer form to have my card transfered 4rm owerri 2 lagos and i've been checking every 2 weeks. After 3 months,d &%* at d card centre gave me a landline to call. And they've deducted N1000 from my acc 4 a card i've not receivd. Meanwhile my other banks have all transferd my card a week after fillg d form...I miss intercontinental bank. Oh yes this nonsense would never happen there.
