I prefer turkey anytime anyday. Because it is firm with lots of meat. Chicken, especially buying small to medium ones is just plain bone!

I prefer chicken lol. I can't describe the difference in taste, but there is a difference. The textures are different as well. Turkey dries out easily.

There's really no difference apart from the fact that turkey is softer than chicken.

Turkey is also more expensive and preferred by a lot of people but chicken is more popular while lizard is the sweetest grin.

Turkey has much more dense muscle fibers, and is a bit (and just a bit) harder so therefore requires longer cooking/baking.

As for the taste, well, I can't tell the difference either.
