We have just exclusively gathered that starting tomorrow, MTN will slash the rates on all its existing tariff plans and introduce new three plans MTN Smooth talk, MTN Booster weekly and MTN Booster Monthly. The cheapest rate is 8.3 kobo per second, while the most expensive rate is 30kobo per second.
