Pls help, my car makes this sl[b][/b]ight noise which I consider abnormal from the engine side.I tried to check if the exhaust is leaking but nothing like that, I also notice that the acceleration is poor coupled with high fuel consumption. I have changed the spark plugs several times but all to no avail. The fuel injector has been serviced too. 'M considering two options: 1. To know what is wrong and fix it 2.to dispose it off and buy a car that will be cost effective for me because of the nature of job I do.

You can call this guy, Niyi-08037060842.He knows AC like the back of his hand.For the mazda that shorts oil, I suggest you change the engine.ringing MIGHT NOT SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM.The engine is not that expensive.Good luck

Did you remove the thermostat?That could be responsible for the fuel consumption.For the poor acceleration, considering that you have checked the injector and plugs, i suggest you check the fuel pump.If that happens to be fine, just go for a scan.I pray its not your transmission.

do tell, what is the connection btw fuel consumption and thermostat.

right when u say poor acceleration? what do u actually mean ?

well lets just say ur car it manual gear driven; so when u change gear the engine speed doesnt correlate with the car speed right? then i will say ur car clutch is slipping ?

or maybe u engine need repair inside?

either way just remember that every little helps
