Accountant will be responsible for overseeing all accounting department functions for this busy, Outdoor agency. Experience and knowledge of media billing and advanced accounting software is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
* Accounting Functions - billing, AR/AP, general ledger, financial statements, management reporting, compliance, tax returns and administration.
* Overseeing financial operations as well as some supervision of office personnel
* Hiring and managing department employees
* Creating innovative ways to improve productivity and efficiencies to maximize profitability and facilitate growth.
Requirements:
* Controller/ Accounting experience in media/advertising preferred, required.
* 3-5 years of business experience showing progressively increasing levels of responsibility in an Accounting environment
* Superior people and communication skills; must be a proactive communicator, problem solver and goal-oriented
* Extremely computer savvy - intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and Word (knowledge of Advantage or Strata is highly preferred)
* Excellent time management skills; must have the ability to prioritize and deliver planned results in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Qualifications:

Required experience is 3-5 years.
HND or B.SC, Accounting
ICAN member or in final phase
