The last time both Nigeria and Mexico met at the tournament in 2010, the group game ended in a 1-1 draw which ensured the passage of both teams into the knockout round.

FACT: The last time the Falconets won their group at the tournament in 2008, they lost to France in the quarter-finals. Also, Nigeria's U-17 women's team topped their own group at the 2010 U-17 World Cup and also lost their quarter final game to South Korea I hope history does not repeat itself.
