If u want to do a thing like that its better to do it quarterly and an overall winner will be selected from the winners of each quarter i.e 1st,2nd and 3rd quarter at the end of the year meaning contestants for man of d year will be just 3. Nobody really has time for voting monthly. Voting should start at the last month of each quarter it makes more sense dt way. |
