You can import but you will need your products registered with NAFDAC to sell them here in Nigeria. If you decide to go ahead without proper registration, you'll be doing yourself more harm than go, a very unwise business decision, I must add. You will need a NAFDAC import permit to import samples of your product which will be tested in the lab for quality standards, etc. After that, you will then proceed on a full registration on your product whereby they will be issued a NAFDAC reg. number renewable every 5 years.
