U1:

Per second does it for me, because I only like to make short calls on my phone, while I make the expected lengthy ones at the call centre. No be my fault now, na Naija we dey.

if i'm thinking right, havnt been to a call centre in the last 6 months, man its a lot cheaper with my phone long call or short call. after all u're still going to pay for the long calls.

P.S: i use mtn, i dont call any other networks for more than a minute. all the long calls i do are on mtn to mtn basis.
