no sweat, no pay, no stress. loose weight with ease. reduce abdominal obesity. all you need is consistency and persistence.
how will you do it? just one word . . . trekking!!!!
yes, just walk on with your legs. trek everyday for as much as you can. the emphasis is everyday and reduce the calories in your diet. eat more fruits and vegetable(especially water lemon) and trek.

it is proven. if you dont have money for the gymn, or other weight loss kits, you can still loose weight with ease. if you dont have energy to run each time, just trek, everyday be active, be a "wakabout" at least 1-2 hrs everyday

see yourself in one year.

Just walking is enough. If you can walk fast, better. If you can walk very long distance, even better. If ou can't , just walk. But whatever you do, do it EVERYDAY! And at least 1 hr.

And patiently watch yourself. It may take up to a year. My bet advice is, if your job is a walking distance. Forget your car, walk to your job and back to home everyday.
It also helps with sleep. So if you have insomnia, this could be a double therapy for ya. wink
