I think 180,000naira is too much: reason part of the building has lot of red-brick decoration and you wouldn't need
to paint the ceiling cuz.,of the POP and decoration.

Moreso,I've seen less prices with 2diff painters 125,000 and 100,000, i never took there numbers when they gave me an estimate.

I will be coming to nigeria to complete the house soon.

charges to 140,000.00 .also u talk about the pop ceiling inside the house but i can asure
u that u will still tough the ceiling due to the dust from the house.

if u dont mind the costly price of the paint we will advise u to get paint from BERGER,CAP
DULUX,SILKA paint. 20liters of acrylic emulsion cost 4000.00 , while 4liters of gloss oil cost
780 to 800 depending on the area u want to buy the paint from .

Oceanvision, I've learnt a lesson from labourer/worker coming from far distance.

It had cost me unecessary delay,particularly traffic on Lekki/ajah road,i will rather prefer someone closer or around Lekki/ajah area.

I wouldn't have much time to stay while in nigeria and i knew painters around wouldn't need to spend much on transportation.

I will rather not bargin the price with you because of your location.
