We live in country where the issues of Human rights is seriously misunderstood, many believe the constitution is mainly for the Law students and as such I would not say the burden on them is much or anything, it just robs us of what should be common sense for all.

If this is done, the police will know where to stop molesting citizens, that line will be drawn, they say ignorance of a thing will save you from the consequence but then in Nigeria your Ignorance is a first class ticket to being punished.

Also if this is done it enables every child, drop out at whatever level to know the basics of the country's laws, imagine a section like section 35(2) which states that an arrested person has the right not to speak except he sees his lawyer, but try that now you will be battered., such a thing only exists on the pages of our constitution.

John Grisham's The Client is a clear example of a citizens knowing what to do with an understanding of the laws, you dont trample of people's right Europe, but down here it is the reverse.
It might not have quick effect but on the long run it will make our police force more educated and tie citizenry an enlightened nation,

Seriously this will change Nigeria, at least this will bring every tribe into knowledge, and it will help in making the standard of Law a thing that increase by a long shot.
